摘要
针对三维编织复合材料,在纤维/基体界面受力分析的基础上,以小段纤维的结构而建立的拉拔模型为理论依据,采用有限元分析软件对拉拔模型进行分析,得到了纤维/基体界面分别在不同载荷与不同埋入深度时出现的应力、应变和位移变化规律。结果与理论吻合,对于进一步改进三维编织复合材料的工艺流程及提高使用性能有一定的指导作用。
According to the three dimensional braided composite, variable relationships about strain, stress and deformation are discussed separately when depth of embedment and load are different using the finite element software by analyzing drawing model constructed by little fiber, which was the theoretical foundation based on the force analysis of fiber/base interface. Resuits ta^iehed up the theory. It had a significant guiding on promoting the process flow of composite material and advancing performance further.
