摘要
在分析各种散热方式的基础上,选择了适合氙灯光源的自然冷却加上风冷的散热方法,并对氙灯光源的散热结构进行了设计。利用有限元分析软件Fluent模拟了散热结构的温度场,将实际测得点温度数据与有限元分析结果做了对比,另外还模拟了不同环境温度下散热结构的温度场,探讨了影响散热的因素。实验表明,散热结构合理、有效,能够满足不同环境下的使用需求,为氙灯光源的应用拓宽了范围。
A heat dissipation method including natural cooling and wind cooling for xenon lamp is selected based on analysing all kinds of dissipation method. Fluent software is used to simulate the temperature field of heat dissipation structure. The real temperature is compared with the result of finite element analysis, also the temperature field in different environment temperature is simulated. At last, the influencing factors of heat dissipation are discussed. The experiment shows the heat dissipation structure is sensible and effictive, it can meet the different requirements and broaden the range of applications for the xenon lamp.
