摘要
针对某高速公路铣刨机双联叉转动寿命问题,建立了双联叉的数值模型,通过多体动力学分析得到了双联叉的动态载荷谱,并进行了瞬态动力学有限元分析和疲劳寿命分析,结果表明该双联叉的危险部位为叉杆耳孔,该处存在较严重的应力集中,但寿命满足双联叉的工程设计要求。
Based on an expressway milling planer double fork life problem, double fork of the numerical model is established. Multi-body dynamics analysis is used to obtain the double fork dynamic load spectrum, and the transient dynamic finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis are carried out. The results show that the double fork fork lever dangerous parts of ear canal, there exists a serious stress concentration, but its fatigue life can meet the requirements of double fork engineering design.
