隧道挖装机驱动轮力学分析与优化设计

摘要 对隧道挖装机驱动轮的三维模型进行了静态有限元分析,根据有限元应力计算云图,分析其应力分布,在此基础上,对驱动轮进行结构优化设计,最后对驱动轮进行模态分析,获取驱动轮固有频率和振动模态。结果表明,对隧道挖装机驱动轮的有限元分析不仅在理论上起到了检验与校核的作用,还对挖装机驱动轮进一步的设计和改进提供了依据。 The three-dimensional model of tunnel heading and loading machine analyzed with static finite element method. According to the finite element stress calculation of' cloud images, the stress distribution is analyzed, on this basis, the structure design of the drive wheel is optimized. At last, the drive wheel is analyzed by modal analysis, the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the driving wheel are obtained. The resuhs show that the finite element analysis of the tunnel heading and loading machine's drive wheel not only verify the theory but also provide the evidence of the drive wheel improvement.
