摘要
针对机械产品柔性自动装配系统运行过程中受设备故障、物料供应不及时、人员能力水平不足等异常因素的影响导致系统不能正常运行的情况,从系统可靠性、物料配送、人员扰动三个方面综合考虑,建立了机械产品柔性自动装配系统评价的指标体系,并构建了基于贝叶斯网络的评价模型,通过对评价值的分析,可以评判系统的运行状态的优劣,并可推断出系统出现异常时可能发生异常的环节。最后通过实例验证其可行性。
The flexible automatic assembly system cannot work normally due to the influences of the abnormal factors such as the equipment failure, not-just-in-time of material supply and the shortage of personnel capability. Taking the system reliability, materials distribution and personnel disturbance into comprehensive consideration, the evaluation system is created for the flexible automatic assembly system of mechanical product. And then the evaluation model is established based on Bayesian networks and through the analysis of the evaluation value, the state of the operation can be evaluated, so that system exceptions that may appear can be inferred when the system is abnormal. Finally, its feasibility is verified by an example.
