Parametric Modeling of Involute Helical Gear Based on APDL

提出一种在直角坐标系下建立圆柱齿轮齿廓、在ANSYS软件中建立渐开线斜齿轮三维实体模型的方法,并采用APDL编程语言实现了基于用户化界面的斜齿圆柱齿轮三维参数化建模,为在ANSYS软件中建立可靠的齿轮模型提供了一种便捷有效的方法。

After establishing equation of involute in rectangular cuordinate system, helical invulule gear solid mudel is created in ANSYS. By using APDL（Ansys parameter design language）,parameterized gear solid model is created based on the user interface, which provides a convenient and effective way to eslablish helical inwAute gear solid model in ANSYS.
