为了航空发动机转子叶片的加工和仿真,首先要进行叶片的造型。叶片作为典型的自由曲面特征,其曲面的造型是先根据图纸设计出叶型的各截面曲线,然后将各个截平面的拟合线在径向进行叠加。
Blade profiling is required in process and simulation of the rotor blades in aero engine. The blade has typical free surface features, the section curves of the blade surface are formed, and then the fitting are stacked on radial direction.
