摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件对YZS14060铸造起重机整体桥架进行模态分析,分析了桥架系统在工作过程中的振动情况,提取了前10阶模态的振型进行分析,得到其振动的固有频率与振型,为此类产品日后改造生产提供参考。
The modal analysis of the whole bridge of YZS14060 casting crane is carried out by the finile element software ABAQUS. The vibration of the bridge system in the work course is analysed. And the 1st to 10st vibration modes is extracted to analyse and get the natural frequency of vibration modes, which can provide a reference for the further transformation of such products.
