摘要
建立了冷轧轧机AGC系统的数学模型,并利用AMESi m软件对系统进行仿真。通过得到的仿真模型对系统可能出现的液压、机械、电气方面的故障进行"模拟"。实践证明仿真得到的"模拟故障"状态下的系统特征对现场轧机AGC系统故障诊断有着决定性指导意义。
According to the tile composition of hydraulic AGC system, the hydraulic AGC mathematical model is established. AMESim software is used to build the simulation model and simulate the hydraulic fault,mechnial fault, electrical f'auh is used. Practice proves the characteristics of simulation system fault has a decisive significance to the system syslem fauh diagnosis of' the rolling mill AGC.
