摘要
针对深孔加工技术中存在的一些问题,在现有技术的基础上对镗刀的结构进行了改进,设计了一种非标深孔镗刀。改进后的镗刀加工表面粗糙度较小且精加工无需对刀,从而减少了刀具磨损。
For some problems existed in the deep hole processing technology, the structure of the boring tool is improved, a non-standard deep hole boring tool is designed. The boring tool can realize precision process without the tool preset. It also reduced the tool wear and improved the machining surface quality.
