摘要
研究提出了机车随车牵引试验数据采集系统的设计方案,突破了传统的用专门试验车进行牵引试验的方法。系统采用模块化设计,微处理器采用Intel80C196的STD5054 CPU模板,12路信号经过输入通道进入总线、与上位机通信并研究提出了抗干扰措施,实现牵引试验数据的高精度采集,使系统适用于环境恶劣的铁路现场。
The author researches and designs high-precision data picking and system of loc-motive on-line tractive test. It breaks through the traditional method of trctive test in special test locmotive. The whole system takes modularized design. Twelve kinds of signals all enter into STD5054 with 80C196 microcontrollor through input passage and communicate with PC. The article researches and raises the anti-interference measure. The system realizes high-precision data picking in tractive test and is applied in bad railway environment.
