输注库存红细胞引起免疫调节改变机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 早在1981年,Siegel等就提出了"红细胞(RBC)免疫系统"的概念,之后大量研究表明RBC免疫功能是其他免疫细胞无法替代的,包括清除循环免疫复合物(CIC)、降低自由基的损害和参与免疫防御等.RBC膜上存在的与免疫相关的物质主要有Ⅰ型补体受体(CR1)、IL-8受体、SOD酶等.然而随着血液保存时间的延长,RBC代谢产物的堆积,输血相关免疫抑制也逐渐引起研究者的关注.
