急性等容血液稀释在脊柱外科手术中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨急性等容血液稀释(ANH)在脊柱外科手术中的血液保护效应。方法全麻下择期行脊柱手术患者30例,随机分成ANH组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组行ANH,B组不做ANH。术中根据出血量分别输注自体血和(或)异体血。记录患者术中出血量、异体输血人数及输血量、围术期Hb、Hct、PT、APTT变化。结果两组患者术中出血量比较差异无显著性;B组术中输注异体血人数和输血量显著大于A组;A组患者采血后及输血前Hb、Hct均显著低于术前水平,自体输血后各指标有所改善,PT及APTT各监测时间点差异无显著性;术后第1天、第3天及术后1周A组患者Hb和Hct均显著高于B组。结论 ANH用于脊柱手术安全有效,能减少异体输血,具有显著的血液保护效应。
