FDA安全和创新法案简介
摘要
（接6月下）使用互联网及社会化媒体促销推广FDA监管的医疗产品的相关指导原则,公众期待已久,法规要求FDA在2014年7月予以发布。《最佳儿童医药品法案》和《儿科研究平安法》提高了FDA满足儿童医疗需求的能力。这些每五年授权一次的法案,变成了永久性法案。这个法案能够得到广泛认可的原因之一是法案避开了一些可能会引起争论的项目。
