小剂量罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞在腔内激光微创治疗下肢静脉曲张术中的应用

Application of Small Dose of Ropivacaine in Subarachnoid Block in Endovenous Laser Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity Surgery

目的观察小剂量罗哌卡因用于腔内激光微创治疗下肢静脉曲张术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法选择80例拟行下肢静脉曲张腔内激光微创手术治疗的患者,随机分为两组:罗哌卡因组(A组)和布比卡因组(B组),均采用蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉。记录两组患者的生命体征变化和麻醉效果。结果两组生命体征变化无统计学差异(P>0.05),罗哌卡因组患者麻醉效果明显优于对照组。结论小剂量罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞用于腔内激光微创治疗下肢静脉曲张手术麻醉效果确切、不良反应发生少,患者恢复快。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of ropivacaine in endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity surgery.Methods 80 patients,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ class,undergoing endovenous laser invasive treatment in subarachnoid block,divided into two groups at random,ropivacaine is group A,bupivacaineis group B.The data of MAP,HR,Sp02 and the effect of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results Data of MAP, HR,SpO2 did not differ in the two groups （P〉 0.05）,the anesthesia effect of group A was more superiority than group B.Conclusion Effect of small dose of ropivaeaine in endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity surgery effect is good,fewer side effects and rapid recovery.
