“俱乐部”式健康教育对老年糖尿病患者自我管理的影响

Effect of "Club" Type of Health Education on Elderly Diabetes Self-management

目的探讨"俱乐部"式健康教育对老年糖尿病患者自我管理的影响。方法采用问卷调查法将54例老年糖尿病病人参加"糖友"俱乐部前后糖尿病相关知识了解、自感健康状况以及血糖控制情况进行比较。结果参加"俱乐部"式健康教育后,糖尿病相关知识了解、自感健康状况以及血糖控制情况均好于活动前,差异有统计学意义。结论 "俱乐部"式健康教育对提高老年糖尿病患者自我管理有促进作用,是有效的、可行的。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on self-management ＂club＂ in elderly diabetic patients.Methods by using the method of questionnaire investigation in 54 cases of elderly diabetes patients to take before and after ＂the sugar friends＂ club,diabetes knowledge of self-comparison of health status and blood glucose control.Results In the ＂club＂ type of health education,diabetes knowledge,perceived health status and the control of blood glucose were better than before,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The ＂club＂ type of health education on elderly patients with diabetes self-management role,is effective,feasible.
