摘要
目的:心房间隔在心脏内呈倾斜状态,与人体标准冠状面之间构成夹角,本文将其称为心房间隔倾斜角(SAAS)。目前,国内外极少有对人体心脏解剖学角度的相关研究。本文以对比增强CT心血管成像(CECTA)为技术手段,对无器质性心脏病的健康成人SAAS进行了一系列的测量及定量分析,以补充并丰富心脏解剖学的基础知识。最终为掌握左心房增大时SAAS的变化规律,为优化房间隔穿刺技术的进针角度奠定基础。方法:359例行心脏或胸部大血管CECTA成像,证实无器质性心脏及大血管疾病的健康成人,于心房中部水平横轴位层面上测量SAAS并进行相应的统计学分析。结果:本研究的测量结果来自较大样本,具有较好的代表性,无器质性心脏及大血管疾病的健康成人SAAS分布范围为8.49°~60.5°,均值为(33.03±6.86)°。该角度与性别、年龄,特别是与心脏纵径夹角无关,分布集中,个体差异小。结论:SAAS属于心脏解剖学的一项固有特征,测得的平均值具有较好的代表性,与心脏纵径夹角所决定的心脏形态等各种因素无关。
Objective:The atrium septum inclines in heart.There is an angle between septum and the cross section of body,which is called slantwise angles of atrium septum(SAAS).in this study.However SAAS has not been recorded in any anatomical textbook as well as relevant literatures.In this article SAAS was measured and analysed on axial images of contrst enhanced CT(CECT) of normal heart in order to understand the anatomical structure of heart quantitatively and accurately and to supply anatomical basic for some relevant operation.Methods:In this article 359 cases of axial images of CECT of healthy hearts without any organic or functional heart disease were adopted,SAAS of 359 cases were measrued and analysed statistically.Results:On axial images of CECT of healthy hearts the normal range of SAAS is from 8.49° to 60.50°,the average ± SD is(33.03±6.86)°,they are independent of sex and age as well as the position of heart,the distrubution is relatively concentrated,Measured results were based on the relatively larger sample,so the survey data and statistics data were good representative and reliability was high.Conclusion: SAAS should be regarded as one of anatomic features of heart,which is independent of sex and age as well as the shape and position of heart.The average of SAAS in this study is relatively better representative.
