摘要
目的探讨神经内科病房临床路径模式在护生临床教学中的应用,并评价其效果。方法将92名神经内科实习的专科护生随机分为观察组(46人)和对照组(46人)。对照组采用传统教学方法。观察组采用临床路径模式教学方法。比较两组护生的理论、操作成绩;护生对教学老师满意度;患者对护生满意度;护生综合能力测评四方面的成绩。组间样本率比较采用χ2检验。结果两组护生理论、操作成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护生对带教教师满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者对护生满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护生综合能力测评比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径模式指导教学有助于提高神经内科教学质量,培养护生主动服务意识和动手能力,提高了患者对护生的满意度,同时提高了护生对教学的满意度。
Objective To exPlore the role and effect of the neurological clinical Paths model on health care education. Methods 92 intern nurses were randomly divided into the clinical Path grouP (46 subjects) and control grouP (46 subjects). The control grouP were trained with the traditional method, whereas the neurological clinical Paths model were adoPted on the other grouP. ComPare the difference of the theoretical knowledge, oPeration test scores, satisfaction scale of the intern nurses in their teathers, satisfaction scale of the Patients in the service of intern nurses and comPrehensive caPacity between the two grouPs. The difference were analyzed with X2 test. Results There was significantly difference in the theoretical knowledge, oPeration test scores, satisfaction scale of the intern nurses in their teathers, satisfaction scale of the Patients in the service of intern nurses and comPrehensive caPacity between two grouPs (P〈0.05). Conclusion Usage of the clinical Paths model as a tool may imProve the quality of the neurological care education. It can helP to develoP the initiative and oPeration ability of the intern nurses. Furthermore, it can imProve the satisfaction of the intern nurses in their education, which may further Promote the health care education.
