喷砂处理对纤维桩与树脂粘结强度影响的实验研究

摘要 目的研究喷砂处理方法对纤维桩-成核树脂两者粘结强度的影响。方法采用不同的喷砂时间和距离分别对玻璃纤维桩表面进行处理。电镜观察表面形貌,测定纤维桩表面粗糙度及纤维桩与成核树脂之间的粘结强度。结果喷砂处理提高了纤维桩表面的粗糙度,改变了表面形貌,对纤维桩与成核树脂之间的粘结强度有一定程度的影响。结论喷砂有助于改善纤维桩表面的粘结强度。
