摘要
目的用传统培养方法与脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型技术对多血清型副溶血性弧菌食物中毒分离菌株,进行血清型、毒力、药敏及同源性比对分析。方法对分离的副溶血性弧菌进行常规鉴定、血清分型、毒力及药敏分析后,进行PFGE分析并确定分子分型。结果食物中毒患者分离出8株副溶血性弧菌,血清型O3:K6有4株、O4:K8有3株、未有血清分型1株,经PFGE聚类溯源分析分属于5种不同的PFGE条带型,分离菌株耐热直接溶血素基因(TDH)均为阳性,均对氨苄西林耐药。结论此起食物中毒经PFGE聚类分析认为是由不同副溶血性弧菌引起,TDH均为阳性,PFCE分型更适用于菌株同源性的分析和传染源溯源追踪。
[ Objective] By using the traditional cuhure method and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing technique, to isolate the strains of food poisoning cases caused by multiple serotypes Vibrio parahaemolyticus, compare their serotype, virulence, drug resistance and homology. [ Methods ] After the conventional identification, serological typing, analysis of virulence and drug resistance in the strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, PFGE was conducted to identify their molecular typing. [ Results] A total of 8 strains of Vibdo parabaemolyticus were isolated from food poisoning patients, which included 4 strains of 03 : K6 and 3 strains of 04 : K8, while 1 case failed to typing. PFGE clustering research showed that those strains belonged to five distinct PFGE type. The isolated strains were resistant to ampicillin and positive for thermostable direct hemolysin gene ( TDH ). [ Conclusion ] PFGE cluste- ring analysis concluded that this food poisoning event is caused by different Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and all strains are positive for TDH. PFGE typing is more suitable for homologous analysis of strains and infectious source tracking.
