摘要
目的探讨超声引导经皮注射乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法在超声引导下对46例51个卵巢囊肿采用经腹穿刺抽液注入99.5%乙醇治疗。结果患者治疗后,囊肿消失36个,囊腔缩小>2/3者11个,有效率为92.2%。结论超声引导下经皮注射乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿方法简单,安全有效,对机体影响小,是治疗卵巢囊肿的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of ovarian cysts by ultrasound guided percutaneous alcohol injection.Methods A total of 46 cases 51 patients were treated by percutaneous injection of 99.5% alcohol.Results With this method,36 cysts disappeared,and 11 cysts became two thirds smaller as they used to be.The effective rate amounts to 92.2%.Conclusions US guided percutaneous alcohol injection is an easy,effective and safe method to treat ovarian cysts,which exerts little side effect to the body.
