参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of advanced gastric cancer treated with shenqi fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及其对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将91例晚期胃癌患者分为两组。治疗组46例患者采用FOLFOX6联合参芪扶正注射液方案治疗;对照组45例患者单纯采用FOLFOX6方案治疗。治疗4个周期后评价疗效和不良反应,检测两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05),生存质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后两组患者淋巴细胞CD4/CD8的比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者CD4/CD8的比值提高率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可以提高FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期胃癌患者的疗效,减低不良反应,改善生活质量和机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the curative effect and body immune function of combined treatment with Shenqifuzheng injection and FOLFOX6 regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Ninety-one patients were divided into two groups,46 patients of treatment group received FOLFOX6 regimen combined with Shenqifuzheng injection,45 patients o f control group were given only FOLFOX6 regimen.The curative effect and side effect were evaluated after patients treated with 4 cycles.Meanwhile,T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were detected.Results The overall response rates of treatment group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The side effect rate of treatment group were lower than that of control group（P0.05）.The life quality treatment group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in CD4/CD8 between two groups before chemotherapy（P0.05）.There was significant difference in CD4/CD8 between two groups after chemotherapy（P0.05）.There was significant difference in CD4/CD8 elevated rate between two groups（P0.05） Conclusions Shenqifuzheng injection can improve curative effect of FOLFOX6 regimen,decrease the side effect,improve life quality and body immune function in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
