紫杉类药物治疗肿瘤患者引起疼痛的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of pain of cancer patients caused by paclitaxel treatment

目的探讨肿瘤患者应用紫杉类药物后出现肌肉关节疼痛的发生率及其规律。方法便利抽取北京市某三级甲等专科医院131例输注紫杉醇后的肿瘤患者,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,其中疼痛量表采用视觉模拟评分和0-10数字疼痛强度量表相结合。结果疼痛发生率为74.1%,其中轻度痛占61.9%,中重度痛占36.1%。结论应用紫杉类药物后出现肌肉关节疼痛具有普遍性和规律性,为指导患者进行药物止痛提供方向,以帮助患者提高生活质量。

Objective To understand the incidence and laws of muscle and joint pain induced by paclitaxel.Methods A survey of 131 samples from patients administrated paclitaxel was carried out in a Top Grade A specialized tumor hospital in Beijing,pain scale using VAS and NRS method.Results The incidence of pain was 74.1%,61.9% with mild pain and 36.1% with moderate and severe pain.Conclusions The muscle and joint pain induced by paclitaxel shows universility and regularity,which provides introduction of analgesic for patients in order to improve their life quality.
