摘要
简要描述了钢铁冶金企业炼钢单元精炼工艺浊循环水系统的传统水处理方法,着重介绍了一种新型浅层过滤处理方法,对各种不同处理方法的优缺点进行了对比分析,对节水型浅层砂过滤器的特点及优势进行探讨,并结合其在工程实践中的应用实例,就如何进行精炼浊循环冷却水处理工艺设备的节水节能设计展开讨论。
The traditional treatment methods for the turbid circulating water system of refining process in steelmaking unit of iron and steel metallurgy enterprises are briefly intro duced. A new shallow sand filter process method is highlighted. The advantages and disad- vantages of various treatment methods are compared and analyzed. The eharacteristies and ad vantages of the water-saving shallow sand filter are discussed. Based on an example of the filter's application in the engineering, the energy and watersaving designs of turbid circulat- ing water treatment equipment are discussed.
