摘要 对淬火机冷却水压力进行自动控制,在工况不稳定时会出现水压波动的情况,经过对压力控制特点较为仔细的分析,并结合数字PID调节方法进行试验,反复分析实验误差产生的原因,利用模糊逻辑智能控制方法理论,结合莱钢实际通过模糊推理运算,经PLC实现自适应模糊PID控制以保证系统在复杂工况条件下始终具有最佳控制性能。 Water pressure fluctuation occurs in unstable working condition when auto matic control is made on cooling water pressure control characteristics are analyzed in detail.
