摘要
依据热轧飞剪三个阶段运动特点推导出飞剪运动控制方法,针对不同阶段逐一推导出速度环、位置环、电流环的设定值产生依据。给出了国内某钢厂运用此运动控制方法的工程实例和系统构成框图。通过工程实例表明,这种运动控制方法可以广泛应用在各类连轧和成品线的飞剪控制。
In terms of characteristics of the hot rolled flying shear movement in the three stages, the flying shear movement control method is deduced. The setting value generat ing bases of the speed loop, position loop and current loop are deduced one by one in the different stages.
