摘要 利用热天平和2 kg化产回收炉分别进行煤掺废塑料炼焦的热失重和模拟炼焦实验,并检测和分析模拟炼焦所得焦炭和焦油的相关特性。研究表明:煤掺少量废塑料炼焦的产物具有明显的"增油减水"效应,并能改善焦炭的冶金性能,同时,焦油也具有明显的"芳构化"和"轻质化"趋势。煤掺2%废塑料炼焦能够达到提高炼焦产物质量和处理废塑料的双重效果。 The coking thermal weightlessness test with coal and waste plastics (WP) and the simulative coking test has been done, respectively using thermal balance and 2 kg test coking furnace. The related features of coke and tar from the simulative coking test are tested and analyzed. The test results show that the coking product with coal and a small amount of WP has obvious "oil increasing and water reducing" effect and the metallurgical properties of coke can be improved. The tar has obvious aromatization and light qualitative trend. The coking with coal and 2% waste plastics can achieve the double effect of improving coking product quality and processing waste plastics.
