摘要
以专利法的相关法条为依据对一项涉及钢铁企业生产工艺的专利纠纷进行分析,阐述了目前中国专利现状中存在的一些问题,以及由这些问题引发的思考。
On the basis of the relevant rules of patent law, a patent dispute involving production process of a steel enterprise is analyzed. Some problems in China patents are ex pounded. Thinking about the problems is described.
