摘要
目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取62例膀胱移行细胞癌手术切除标本组织,另取术中癌旁正常膀胱黏膜组织标本作为对照,采用免疫组织化学Envision方法检测两种组织中HLA-G的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 62例膀胱移行细胞癌患者中43例(69.4%)HLA-G阳性表达,20例癌旁正常膀胱黏膜组织中均未见HLA-G阳性表达。HLA-G的表达水平与膀胱移行细胞癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤数目、临床分期、组织学分级均无明显相关性(均P>0.05)。结论膀胱移行细胞癌组织中HLA-G表达上调,HLA-G高表达与膀胱移行细胞临床病理特征无关。
Objective To investigate the expression of HLA- G in bladder transitional carcinoma （BTCC） and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics Methods Envision immunohistochemistry analysis was performed to evaluate the ex-pression of HLA- G in 62 cases of bladder transitional carcinoma and 20 cases of tumor- adjacent normal bladder mucosa tissue. The correlation of HLA- G protein expression with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive rate of HLA- G expression in BTCC was 69.4%（43/62）, while no positive HLA- G expression（0/20）was found in normal bladder mucosa. HLA- G expression was not correlated with sex, age, tumor number, grade, stage （P〉0.05） in BTCC. Conclusion HLA- G ex-pression is commonly up- regulated in BTCC, which is not associated with clinicopathological characteristics of BTCC.
