摘要
拟采用Fluent数值模拟的方法研究油-水动态旋流分离器流场特性与能耗的关系,通过研究得到了旋流器内湍流场特性的分布规律以及旋流器运行过程中能耗产生部位和原因。计算结果表明,在旋转栅翅片和导流锥后方区域雷诺数、湍流强度和湍动能都出现极值点,油-水动态旋流分离器运行过程中的能量耗损也主要集中在旋转栅翅片和导流锥后方区域。
Based on Fluent simulation, the relationship between flow field characteristics and energy consumption of the oil-water dynamic hydrocyclone was studied to obtain the distribution law of turbulent field there and location and cause of the energy consumption in operation. The calculation results show that, the Reynolds number, turbulent intensity and turbulence energy at the rear of turnstile fins and diversion cone have extreme points where energy consumption mainly concentrates.
