特大型传统石化企业提高竞争力研究——以齐鲁石化炼油板块为例

The Research on Improving the Competitiveness of Super-Huge Type Traditional Petrochemical Enterprises——Using Qilu Petrochemical Refning Plate as an Example

战略的设计与选择是提高企业竞争力的最重要决策。文章以齐鲁石化炼油板块为切入点,简述了齐鲁石化的发展现状;从宏观经济环境和政策环境角度分析了石化行业的发展前景,以及企业掌握的资源和拥有的能力;从炼化一体化、原油加工利用价值最大化、降本减费等方面提出了提高齐鲁石化炼油板块竞争能力的方案建议。

Design and choice of strategies is the most important decision to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on Qilu Petrochemical refining plate, first of all, this paper introduces the development status of Qilu Petrochemical, then analyzes the development prospects of petrochemical industry from two angles of macroscopic economic environment and policy environment and further analyzes the resources and ability owned by the enterprise. Finally, it puts forward an idea to improve the competitive ability of Qilu Petrochemical refining plate from two aspects of the storage ＆ transportation and processing scheme for crude oil and the optimization for human resources management
