Influenced by U.S. shale gas boom and European recession, the amount of natural gas exported from Russia to Europe has dropped significantly. Through the data analysis, it is concluded that Russia will transform ts natural gas export strategy, pay more attention on CIS countries as well as the Asia-Pacific market and provide preferential price and policy. Based on above conditions, the impact and opportunities caused by this change to China＇s oil and gas industry is illustrated
