摘要
设计了一种基于LVDS总线的以NAND型FLASH为存储核心的高速远程图像采集存储系统,实现了高速遥测图像数据的采集及实时存储。重点研究了高速A/D采集技术、LVDS高速数据传输技术,保证了远程图像数据的有效接收,同时采用双片选交替双平面页编程方式,将29.85MB/s的两路高速实时图像数据存储于FLASH芯片中。着重从系统硬件电路和逻辑时序两方面进行研究设计,经大量测试表明存储器性能稳定,存储可靠,可以完整记录两路高速遥测图像数据,满足设计要求。
A remote image acquisition storage system with NAND type FLASH memory as a core based on an LVDS bus was designed, High-speed telemetry image data acquisition and real-time storage were realized. Research is mainly focused on the high speed AiD acquisition technology, LVDS high-speed data transmission tech- nology, to ensure that the effective reception of the remote image data. At the same time using alternating two-plane page program, the 29. 85 MB/s two-way high-speed real-time image data is stored in the FLASH chip. hardware circuit, logic timing and test results are showed. The large number of tests that memory performance is stable, can complete record of the image data of the two-way high-speed telemetry, meet the design requirements.
