After a brief account of how the things are in Tsukuba University and its affiliated library, the operation and management of Affiliated Library of Tsukuba University were analyzed from its hardware and software resources management, humanistic library running concept, various training modes of readers, and information service, in order to provide the references for the construction and development of coUege and university libraries in China.
