基于客户端/服务器结构的中国艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息系统的升级改造

Upgrading of the national antiretroviral therapy information system based on client/server structure in China

目的对原艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息系统进行改造,以应对治疗规模不断扩大所带来的信息收集利用方面的新挑战。方法以客户端/服务器模式(Client/Server,简称C/S)信息系统,替代原先以DataFax为核心的信息系统。结果 2010年1月,基于C/S结构的信息系统正式上线运行,数据录入工作下放至治疗机构,数据上报流畅,运行状况良好,2012年当年收集治疗数据超过108万条。根据系统运行中暴露的问题,在保证信息安全和数据质量的前提下,建立富有弹性的新系统,解决原系统面临的主要矛盾;通过多重校验加强质控,提高数据质量;强化数据利用和展示,为各级用户提供业务帮助。结论基于C/S结构的新系统增加了稳定性,提高了效率,保证了数据质量,适应中国当前的艾滋病抗病毒治疗需求。

Objective To reconstruct the national antiretroviral therapy（ART） information system to be adapted to the new challenges of scaling up China＇s free national antiretroviral therapy.Methods A new ART information system based on client/server（C/S） structure was designed and implemented to substitute the old one which had been based on Data Fax system.Results China ART information system was transformed and began to operate in January of 2010.The treatment units are now responsible for data entry.Currently,the system is running stably and has collected more than 1 million records since its upgrading.The new flexible system has been established to ensure information security and data quality by tackling the problems encountered in the operation process.It has intensified quality control by using multiple testing methods,improved the data quality,expanded the data utilization and demonstration,and added new functions to support clients at all levels.Conclusion The upgraded system intensifys the stability,increases the efficiency and improves the data quality.
