摘要
目的分析省级人工"艾滋病咨询热线"资料的特征,为今后健康咨询及艾滋病健康教育干预提供可行性策略。方法对福建省疾病预防控制中心2000年以来的"艾滋病咨询热线"资料的特征,进行整理与分析。结果共接受艾滋病/性病求询热线1 512人次,占总健康咨询数的48.9%。求询者主要以男性、本省市、18~45岁中青年、个体商业服务者、大中专文化者为主,分别占82.1%、94.3%、95.6%、44.7%、65.6%。求询问题:艾滋病占60.5%,性病占39.5%;艾滋病/性病社会心理问题占64.6%,其中以恐艾、各种性病伴焦虑心理求治为主。高危行为以嫖娼为主,传染以未使用安全套的高危性行为感染为主。结论艾滋病/性病的社会心理问题不容忽视,省级艾滋病人工咨询热线是艾滋病干预,特别是心理干预的重要手段之一。今后健康教育工作者应运用生物-心理-社会医学模式综合观点分析艾滋病问题发生的根源,采取有效的综合干预措施,发挥其在艾滋病预防控制工作中的重要作用。
Objective To provide feasible strategy for future health counseling and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)health education intervention by analyzing the characteristics of data from provincial artificial AIDS counseling hotline.Methods The characteristics of 1 512 telephone records from AIDS counseling hotline collected by Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention since 2000 were analyzed.Result Totally 1 512 counseling records concerning AIDS/sexually transmitted diseases(STD) were received,accounting for 48.9% of the total health counseling records.The majority of help-seekers were males(82.1%),local residents(94.3%),18-45 year old young and middle aged persons(95.6%),private business owners or employees(44.7%),with college or occupational school education(65.6%).The questions they asked were related to AIDS(60.5%) and STD(39.5%);socio-psychosocial problems accounted for 64.6%,most of which concerned fear for AIDS and anxiety over STD treatment.High-risk behaviors were mainly paid commercial sex and STD infection due to unprotected sex.Conclusion Socio-psychosocial problems related to AIDS/STD can not be ignored.Provincial AIDS artificial counseling hotline is one of important means to AIDS intervention,particularly psychological intervention.Bio-psycho-social medical model should be applied by health educators to analyze the most important causes of AIDS prevalence,and effective interventions should be taken for AIDS prevention and control.
