2007-2011年全国沙眼衣原体检测室间质评结果

Nationwide external quality assessment of inter-labs Chlamydia trachomatis testing outcomes,2007-2011

目的总结分析2007-2011年全国性病检验实验室沙眼衣原体(Ct)抗原检测室间质量评价结果,为进一步提高性病临床实验室Ct检测水平提供有价值的参考。方法向参加室间质评的性病检测实验室发放模拟临床Ct检测拭子的质控品,性病控制中心对回报检测结果进行评价分析后,将考核成绩反馈至各实验室。结果全国性病检验实验室Ct检测结果的总符合率由2007年的84.93%提高到2011年的90.54%;优秀率亦有不同程度的提高,从2007年的47.95%提高到2011年的52.25%,其中2009年优秀率为70.00%。结论经过5年严格的室间质量评价及质量管理,全国性病实验室Ct抗原检测的能力逐年提高,且考核成绩亦不断提高。

Objective To statistically compare the qualities of Chlamydia trachomatis（Ct） testing results among sexually transmitted diseases（STD） laboratories across the country and to provide valuable evidence for upgrading their Ct testing capacity.Methods Quality control samples were sent to participating laboratories of different levels.Samples were tested and results were sent back from individual laboratories to the National Center for STD Control for final analysis and then the results of the evaluation of the quality control samples were returned to each laboratory.Result Based on labs＇ performances,the overall rate of qualified results was raised from 84.93% in 2007 to 90.54% in 2011,while rate of excellent laboratories was raised from 47.95% to 52.25% in the corresponding period,with the peak of 70.00% in 2009.Conclusion The strict external quality assessment and management improves the Ct testing capacity of STD laboratories all over the country.
