摘要
介绍5 kt/a油砂流化焦化实验装置的设计情况,包括焦化反应器和烧焦反应器(即两器)的工艺计算、结构尺寸计算以及强度计算;汽提器的工艺计算及结构尺寸的计算;两器部分所属管线的工艺计算等。为了确定两器标高,进行了油砂循环管线设计,计算了两器间的压力平衡。设计按年开工时间8 000 h进行计算,其中工艺参数(温度、压力、流速、循环量、密度分布、反应时间等)参照催化裂化部分经验数据、油砂冷模流态化特性实验数据,完成热平衡和物料平衡计算。结构参数除按工艺计算确定外,还参照催化裂化操作规程、开工要点、满足热态实验要求等确定。
The design of a 5 000 TPY oil sands fluid coking pilot plant is introduced,including the calculations of process parameters,strength and sizes of main equipments such as the coking reactor,coke burner,stripper and associated piping.The circulation pipeline of oil sands is designed and pressure balance between coking reactor and coke burner is calculated to determine the elevations of the reactor and burner.The process calculations are based on an annual on-stream time is 8 000 working hours.The main process parameters,such as temperature,pressure,flow rate,solids circulation rate,density distribution,reaction time,etc,are selected with reference to empirical data of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) units,the experimental data of cold-run of oil sand fluid coker and the available heat and material balance calculations.In addition,the structural parameters are determined mainly based on the process calculations and with reference to the existing operation programs and start-up procedures of FCC units.
