延迟焦化装置节能减排与长周期运行协调优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对延迟焦化装置能耗高、焦炭塔冷焦末期有毒有害气体排放、加热炉炉管结焦、凝结水管线减薄泄漏、切焦水提升泵故障及冷焦冷水罐焦粉沉积等问题,采取了压缩机操作优化、焦炭塔泡焦、柴油热出料、蒸汽伴热系统改造、加热炉出口温度优化控制等措施。优化措施投用后,装置能耗降低49.7 MJ/t,增加经济效益243×104RMB$/a。焦炭塔有毒有害气体排放大幅减少,加热炉出口温度控制简单高效,不仅减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,而且有效减缓了炉管结焦,为装置的长周期平稳运行提供保障。 As the delayed coking unit was high in energy consumption and subject to the problems of toxic gas emission from coke cooling of coker drum,coking in coker furnace tube,thinning of condensate pipelines,trouble in lifting pump of coke cutting water and coke powder deposition in coke cooling water tank,etc,effective control measures have been adopted such as optimization of compressor operation,hot effluent of diesel oil,revamping of steam tracing system and optimized control of outlet temperature of furnace.After taking these measures,the energy consumption of the delayed coking unit is reduced by 49.7 MJ / t,and additional annual economic benefit is 2,430,000 Yuan(RMB).Poisonous and harmful gas emission from coker drum is greatly reduced,the control of furnace outlet temperature is simple and efficient.These not only minimize the labor intensity of operators but also mitigate the coking in furnace tubes,which provides a good guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
