电脱盐污水除油设施在常减压蒸馏装置中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为了达到更高的环保要求,降低装置加工损失,中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司一联合车间常减压蒸馏装置增加了一套电脱盐污水除油设施。介绍了电脱盐污水除油设施的组成、工作原理和工艺流程,并对其运行效果进行分析。该设施主要由超声波污油水分离器、水力旋流器、污油缓冲罐和污油水泵组成,其设计原理是将超声波破乳技术、波纹斜板隔油技术、水力旋流分离技术有机结合,形成一种高效稳定的污油水分离系统。运行结果表明,电脱盐污水除油设施具有较强的除油能力,电脱盐污水中的油质量浓度已从不大于800 mg/L降至不大于200 mg/L,显著降低了电脱盐装置外排污水的含油浓度,减轻下游污水处理装置压力,回收的污油回注到原油泵入口,减少了装置的加工损失。 In order to meet the higher requirements of environmental protection and reduce the processing losses of the process unit,the No.1 unit workshop of SINOPEC Luoyang Company installed an oil removal facility for electric desalting wastewater.The compositions,working principles and process flow of oil removal facility for electric desalting wastewater were introduced,and the operation results were analyzed.The facility mainly consists of an ultrasonic oily water separator,hydrocyclone,waste oil tank and waste oil pump.The design principles are the integration of ultrasonic demulsification technology,corrugate plate oil separation technology and hydraulic cyclone separation technology to form a stable and efficient oil separation system.The operation shows that the oil removal facility has higher oil removal efficiency for the oily wastewater.The oil in the oily wastewater has been reduced from ≤800 mg / L to ≤200 mg / L after operation of oil removal facility,which has significantly reduced the oil in the sewage water from electro-static desalter and lowered the treating capacity of downstream waste water treatment plant.On the other hand,the recovered waste oil can be reinjected into the inlet of crude oil pump to reduce the processing loss of the unit.
