摘要
截至2012年底,江苏省13个省辖市的500kV、220kV等各等级输变电电网规划环评已全面完成,从环保角度对后期输变电项目建设起到了很好的规划与指导作用。从电网规划环评的目的和意义、法律依据、江苏电网规划环评实践等三方面进行详细分析,在此基础上,对电网规划环境影响评价工作提出相应建议与思考。
Up to the end of 2012,the plan EIA of transmission electricity power grid including all levels of 500 kV and 220 kV had been finished completely in 13 municipalities in Jiangsu province,which had played important roles in guiding and planning the following projects of transmission electricity.From three points including the objective and meaning of the plan EIA of transmission electricity power grid,legal basis and plan EIA practice the plan EIA of transmission electricity power grid,has been analyzed in detail.And on this basis some suggestion and thinking about the plan EIA of transmission electricity power grid had been given.
