摘要
轨道交通枢纽人流强度、密度和周转频率最高,具有其他的交通节点不具备的商业优势,依托轨道交通站点进行商业综合开发是大都市商业开发的重点,然而如何将交通客流尚有效引导为商业客流,是值得深入研究的课题。本文运用使用后评价理论,从使用者感受的角度,对已建成的北京地铁枢纽商业空间进行使用成效评价,结合评价结果,分析地铁商业开发中存在的突出问题和严重不足,并提出相应的优化设计建议,以期提高地铁商业的吸引力,促进地铁客流转化为商业客流。
Junctions for railway traffic have the highest flow intensity, density and turnover frequency, with a commerciaadvantage which other nodes do not have. Relying on railway traffic site for business development is the key of city commercial development. Meanwhile, turning traffic flow to commercial flow is a subject worthy of further study. This article is based on the theory of post-occupancy evaluation. From the user's point of view, this article evaluates the construction of Beijing Metro junction's commercial spaces using effectiveness. Combined with evaluation results, this article analyzes the outstanding problems and severe shortage of subway commercial development. Then, the optimization design recommendations are proposed in order to enhance the attractiveness of subway commerce and to prompt subway passengerflows turning to commercial traffic.
