摘要
Q420-D高强钢具备强度高、刚度大、综合性能好等特点,故在大跨度和超高、超重型的建筑物结构中得到普遍应用;但该钢种在焊接过程中较易产生淬硬、冷裂等缺陷而造成构件破坏。以某遗址博物馆工程为例,介绍Q420-D高强钢在桁架支撑转换结构中的应用技术,结合实际工程着重阐明该钢种中厚板的焊接工艺试验,进一步表明Q420-D高强钢在桁架支撑转换结构工程中应用效果良好。
Q420-D high strength steel has characteristics such as high strength, stiffness big, good comprehensive performance etc. so it can be widely used in large span and super high, super-heavy building constructions. But during the welding process,the material defects such as hardened, cold crack made component damage easily. Based on a site museum project as an example, this paper introduced the technology of the Q420-D high strength steel to the truss support structure conversion. Combined with the actual of focused on the thick steel plate welding process,the test was discussed, and the engineering application effect was good.
