摘要
钢桁梁的桥面系主要由正交异性桥面板单元、纵梁和横梁等部分组成。传统的做法是将以上部分在桥位现场组装成一整体,然后整体吊装上桥与下弦杆连接。将军渡黄河桥桥面系部分由于运输、起重设备、预留场地等诸多因素的制约,无法将桥面系各个部分组焊为一个整体,各部件需单件吊装,在桥位焊接成整体。针对该桥的特点,设置合理的桥面吊装单元分块、嵌补段位置、吊装次序和焊接顺序成为控制整个桥面系质量和结构尺寸精度的关键。
Steel truss girder bridge deck consists mainly of orthotropic bridge deck unit,longitudinal and transverse beams and other components.The traditional approach is the portion of the bridge are assembled as a whole on site, then the integral hoisting bridge and bottom chord bar connection. Because of transportation, lifting equipment, reserving the location and other factors, it cann’t be welded as a whole for the bridge deck system, each part to be a one-piece lifting, at the bridge are welded into a whole.According to the characteristics of bridge, setting reasonable bridge hoisting unit block, block up position, lifting order and welding sequence were key questions for controlling deck department of quality and size precision.
