摘要
随着我国超声波衍射时差法(简称TOFD)检测标准的出台,应用TOFD检测技术对1000m3氧气球罐进行TOFD检测,并对壁厚58mm的安装焊缝对接接头进行分层检测。通过合理设置工艺参数,得到了良好的检测效果。TOFD检测技术具有安全环保、扫查记录数字化存储、可以长久保存等优点。通过采用TOFD检测技术,不仅降低了检测成本、提高了检测效率,而且避免了球罐因采用传统γ射线检测需多次拆装脚手架,节约了施工成本,保证了施工进度,同时也提高了检测的可靠性。
With the introduction of TOFD testing standards in China, the TOFD detection technology was applied to a 1 000 m3 the oxygen spherical tank and the butt joints of 58 mm wall thickness layered weld. By setting reasonable process parameters, the good detection results were got. TOFD detection technology has the advantages of safety and environmental protection, scanning records digitally stored. TOFD detection technology not only reduce the cost of testing, and improve the detection efficiency, and avoid the repeatedly dismantling scaffolding for the spherical tank traditional γ-ray detection, and save construction cost, and ensure the construction schedule, as well as improve the detection reliability.
