摘要 肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,它以反复发作的腹痛、腹部不适和排便习惯、性状的改变为主要表现。按照罗马Ⅲ诊断标准,可将其分为：便秘型（constipation predominant IBS,IBS-C）、腹泻型（diarrhea predominantIBS,IBS-D）、
