“城中村”改造的建设管理模式浅析

On the Construction Management Mode of “Urban Village” Reconstruction

"城中村"改造作为广州市"三旧"改造的主要内容之一,旨在为解决城市环境日益局踀,城市土地价值与承载的功能不相匹配等问题。本文简单阐述了"城中村"改造建设管理模式的原则并介绍了目前比较成功的"以市、区政府主导,以村为主体,项目咨询单位协作"的建设管理模式,为成功推广"城中村"改造提供参考。

＂Urban village＂ transformation of city is one of the main contents as the ＂three old＂ reform in Guangzhou, aims at solving the problem of city environment is becoming more and more cramped, city land value and bearing functions do not match. This paper briefly discusses the principles of ＂urban village＂ transformation mode and introduces successful construction management mode that ＂taking the city, district government as leading, the village as the main body, cooperate construction project management consulting unit ＂, to provide the reference for the successful promotion of the ＂urban village＂.
