摘要
在建筑工程设计实践中,通过对可利用的旧房进行适当的改造和设计,不仅可以达到新房的设计效果,还能够节省大量的人力和物力。本文基于旧房改造存在的问题、遵循的原则以及改造设计需要注意的问题,展开了对旧房设计改造的探讨。
In the construction practice of engineering design, through the appropriate reconstruction and design to use existing old house, can not only achieve the design effect of bridal chamber, but also can save a lot of manpower and material resources. This paper based on the problems and principles of renovation, and problems of renovation design need to pay attention to, discusses the old house renovation design.
