本文通过调研同济大学内的商业空间布局和模式以及各类商业空间的使用强度,从空间因素上分析了造成不同使用强度的原因。

Through the research of Tongji University commercial space layout and mode as well as the various types of commercial space use intensity, this paper analyzes the reasons of different intensity from the space factor.
