The specialization and industrialization of concrete production makes the ready-mixed concrete quality more stable, in favour of improving the construction quality, reducing environmental pollution, saving cement and so on, so the ready-mixed concrete in the construction industry has been widely applied, this paper does the following discussion on the effect concrete and management mechanism of mixing station laboratory.
